Q: What is your cookie policy?

Zebra Escapes is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not use cookies but store a few id's in your computers local storage to make the game work. Also we save a few other things in localstorage to enhance the play experience.

We do however not store your email or any other personally identifiable information on your computer.

When you perform an order on our site any identifiable information is stored in the url and not saved to your computer.

Q: Game is running slow - only a few frames per second or not at all or you get a message that GPU is not available during start game

A: Check that 3D acceleration is enabled, see next question.

Q: How do I enable 3D acceleration in my web browser?

A: To enable 3D acceleration in your web browser, you need to make sure that your browser supports WebGL and that it is enabled in the settings. Here are the steps to follow:

3. Enable this option if it is not already.

Q: How do I enable 3D acceleration in my operating system?

A: To enable 3D acceleration in your operating system, you need to make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Go to the website of your graphics card manufacturer (e.g. NVIDIA, AMD, Intel).
2. Download the latest drivers for your graphics card.
3. Install the drivers by following the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

If your operating system is Windows, you can also check the status of your graphics card in the Device Manager. Go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager > Display adapters, and look for your graphics card. If it is working properly, it should say "This device is working properly".
